Het seizoen 2022/23 van de Nederlandse Eredivisie is het 67e seizoen van de Eredivisie. In dit seizoen wordt gespeeld om het 134e landskampioenschap voetbal. Er doen 18 teams mee aan de competitie. Op 5 augustus 2022 ging het seizoen van start. De titelverdediger is Ajax.

De nummers 17 en 18 degraderen aan het einde van het seizoen direct naar de Keuken Kampioen Divisie. De nummer 16 speelt mee in de play-offs om promotie en degradatie.

Vorig seizoen

In het vorige seizoen degradeerden PEC Zwolle en Willem II rechtstreeks naar de Eerste divisie. Heracles Almelo degradeerde via de nacompetitie. Voor deze clubs kwamen FC Emmen, Excelsior en FC Volendam in de plaats.
