Gorillaz is een virtuele band uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Het is bedacht door muzikant Damon Albarn en tekenaar Jamie Hewlett. De band bestaat uit de 2D-personages: Noodel, Russel Hobbs, en Murdoc Niccals. Hun eerste ep Tomorrow Comes Today kwam uit in het jaar 2000. In 2001 volgde hun debuutalbum Gorillaz met daarop de mega hit Clint Eastwood. 4 jaar daarna verscheen hun 2e album: Demon Days, met daarop hun hit Feel Good Inc.
