Melise de Winter (18 februari 1968) is een Nederlandse stemactrice. Zij is de Nederlandse stem voor Minnie Mouse. Ze is bekend als de stem van Mandy uit de tekenfilmserie Totally Spies! en Shin Chan uit de tekenfilmserie Crayon Shin-chan.
