Het St Mary's Stadium, volledige naam Friends Provident St Mary's Stadium (vernoemd naar de sponsor), is een voetbalstadion in de Engelse stad Southampton. Het is de thuisbasis van voetbalclub Southampton FC en vervangt het oude stadion The Dell.
De naam van het stadion verwijst naar de oorspronkelijke naam van Southampton FC, dat in 1885 werd opgericht als Southampton St. Mary's door leden van de St. Mary's Church Young Men's Association.
In 2000 werd begonnen met de bouw van het stadion en in augustus 2001 volgde de opening. Het stadion heeft een capaciteit van 32.689 toeschouwers.
