Anger can be a huge problem in some one's life. Not only for the person that has an anger problem but also for everyone that spends time with that person throughout the day. There are some people that are coping with anger on there own and there are other people that pay thousands of dollars on anger management classes and therapist to teach them how to control it. In some cases the family and friends that around an angry person every day pay to take classes about dealing with anger. It is safe to assume that anger can effect everybody. But it doesn't have to, there are ways to eliminate anger on your own. essays
The most important step has already been taken. You realized that you or someone you know has anger problems and you are looking for help. In doing this you might have already accomplished another step, which is, you need to stop blaming other people for your anger. This step goes hand and hand with making excuses. You need to stop making excuses. The more you make excuses, the longer your gonna have problems with anger.
After you have done the first couple steps. The next thing that you should do is find somebody that you trust, usually a family member or a best friend, and talk about your anger. Keeping anger in and not talking about it is one of the worst things that you can do. It causes depression and more anger, which all stacks up. The more you bottle things up the angrier you get.
If you are somebody that has a friend or family member with an anger problem don't baby them. The more you tell them it is ok every time they get angry the more they will think it is ok to be angry or the more they won't realize they have an anger problem. This also goes for the person that has anger problem. If you realize you have an anger problem and you are trying to fix it, don't let people baby you. If you do this you most likely won't ever fix your problem.
