Los Angeles, Californië, 10 april 1988) is een Amerikaanse acteur.
Haley is de zoon van Theresa en acteur Michael Eugene Osment. Hij is de oudere broer van Emily Osment, die onder andere in Spy Kids en Hannah Montana speelt. Hij heeft op de Flintridge Preparatory School gezeten in La Cañada, Californië. Nu zit hij op de New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. Hij begon met acteren toen hij pas 4 jaar was in een Pizza Hut reclame.
